1/ End user is connecting on www.badgy.com , go to section “support” and register his product with s/n
2/ Evolis technical team validate the DOA/RMA and gives RMA n°
3/ In warranty period. End user sends back the printer, Evolis repairs it and send it back to the end user
4/ Out of warranty period, we send a repair quotation that the end user is accepting or not
